Cross-Cultural Organisational and Leadership Know-How:
Our company existed in Denmark for over 12 years and we relocated our offices to Cairo 4 years ago, changing our name to Leadership Dialogue. This reflects the services on which we focus across the Middle East and Europe.
Our services focus on bringing expertise and in-depth business psychology know-how to a wide range of organizational change implementation processes. We work through and with the executive management of the organisation. We also utilize business psychology coaching of the executive management team, leadership optimisation through development solutions, and facilitate organizational development, among others solutions offered, by focusing on The Psychology of Change Implementation, known as People-implementation.
Business Psychology remains our Core Competence.
Business psychology process solutions are a seamless weave that create understanding of the challenges of implementing (a new) organizational strategy and structures, coupled with in-depth understanding of human behaviour in an organisational context.
Cultural Spread
Leadership Dialogues' Managing Director, Suzan Stub El-Nagdy, has first-hand experience of cross-cultural issues, having grown up with a mixed cultural heritage and living for many years in between Europe and the Middle East. She has over 16 years of experience working with organizational development and leadership training across different cultures. Bringing together her vast cultural experience with “global” knowledge, provides the basis for the company’s future vision.
Our Vision:
To become the preferred supplier of business psychology know-how and competency development for organizations across the Middle East, that operate locally, but do business globally.
Our Mission Statement:
To expand leadership capabilities and initiate leadership dialogues in organizations that will promote and influence development and encourage personal initiative, through respectful and creative dialogues. We want to help you focus on your organisation's biggest asset; your human capital, in order to secure your company’s vision and future development.
Leadership Dialogue understands that businesses today often utilize substantial managerial resources to deal with sub-optimal working processes and team performance. Helping management describe and clarify what their vision for good leadership practices look like, is a necessary part of running a productive and effective business. With today's increased complexity of multi-cultural workplaces and business, that challenge is even more daunting.
Leadership Dialogue works to co-create leadership practices in your organisation that facilitate ownership and commitment and lead to a higher degree of self-awareness and managers taking personal responsibility.
Furthermore, we help team leaders and managers focus on the challenges of sustainability through personal leadership ethics and values that ensure corporate social responsibility is visible and practical, and reflected in key people.
Our approach to conflict management, for instance, is based on the Appreciative Inquiry model (AI) that helps people focus on what is actually working well within the organisation and then build upon the good practices.
Leadership Dialogue also specializes in cross-organisational sessions. These are leadership development programmes that consist of 6 cross-organisational representatives. This creates confidentiality and anonymity, high levels of trust and freedom for learning. This also generates plenty of opportunities for great networking experiences, and building close links and common understanding between people or departments who may not cooperate closely on a day-to-day basis.
