Suzan Stub the MD says "We are very excited that it has been possbile to get the business psychology competence that Leadership Dialogue is known for - in-house, locally-based in Cairo. We are now able to cover a much wider range and offer more on-site OD tasks with increased focus on competency models and human capital utilzation as well as at least doubling our client base."

More on the the new hire, Abigail D Toner:

Ms. Toner, a business psychologist, is an American expat with 11 years of consulting experience. Her industry experience spans private automotive, media, information technology as well as United States Federal defense, environmental, energy, revenue, acquisition, and healthcare sectors. Abigail’s expertise covers workforce planning, competency management, succession planning, recruitment planning, business process reengineering, employee lifecycle surveys, facilitation, and other talent management related activities.

Abigail has a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management & Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC, USA. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Abigail is very excited to start the next phase of her career in Egypt with Leadership Dialogue and is looking forward to helping business in the region reach their goals using her skills and experience.
