Coaching has become a sought after skill set within organizations to assist in day to day operations,   supporting management in the development of its talents and promote competency development throughout employees’ careers.  

Recognizing the increased desire for this skill set, Leadership Dialogue has partnered with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ashridge Business School, UK - Ashridge Consulting, Ltd. Together we offer the unique opportunity in Egypt to participate in a Coaching Program which fulfills an initial component of requirements leading to an accreditation recognized by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and around the world.
