Founded in Copenhagen in 1994, Leadership Dialogue, previously known as Psychological Consultancy, relocated to Cairo in 2006 and assumed its current form to more accurately reflect the services which we provide in Europe and the Middle East. Our consultants are all business psychologists with international experience.

Our services include executive coaching and leadership development, interlaced with organisational development and development centers, all delivered in a facilitated learning environment. Inherent to our methodology is psychometric testing, psychological assessment and 360 degree feedback.
