       From Copenhagen to Cairo         

Our company has existed in Denmark for over 12 years where we were known as the Psychological Consultancy.  With the recent relocation of our offices from Copenhagen to Cairo, we have also decided to change our company name to Leadership Dialogue, which we feel reflects the services we are focusing on across the Middle East and Europe.

Our services range from executive coaching, leadership development and facilitating learning environments, to organisational development, psychological assessment and development centers, and psychometric testing.

We are the sole, locally based, provider of business psychology know-how in the Middle East as well as having more than 10 years experience working with and in the European market. This allows us to create management solutions that are both respectful of the local culture, as well as bench-marking the management competency level with leading international standards.  We do that through personality testing, executive coaching, organsiational analysis and diagnostics, all that in dialogue and understanding of your needs as an organisation.
